The movement of the treatment bath inside the dyeing autoclave takes place with an innovative system that creates a transversal flow with respect to the fabric forwarding direction. In such a way, INNOECOLOGY permits to make the treatment bath perfectly uniform and blended (Brazzoli patent).

SHORTEST LIQUOR RATIO SELF-SETTING SYSTEM (SLR)

The automatic assessment system of the bath minimum ratio, with which the Innoecology is equipped, permits processing while using the minimum required quantity of water.
Without any intervention by the operators, it is guaranteed that Innoecology works with the minimum quantity of bath required according to the kind of substrate and the quantity loaded, hence preventing any unnecessary waste of either water or energy.
The longitudinal multi-suction area permits extreme reductions of the bath rate and makes the bath treatment smoother.

The patented feeding system of both dyestuff and higher dilution chemicals allows for the fastest measuring. The outcome is optimum and dyeing is perfectly uniform.
INNOECOLOGY deploys the new feeding system from bath to nozzles (patent pending) that enables a perfect bath distribution, with an identical delivery per nozzle regardless of the number of nozzles to be fed. The new system definitively removes all delivery differences between nozzles resulting from preferential
paths, to either inhomogeneous distributions or a decrease in the delivery according to the distance from the feeding point.

Thanks to special devices patented by BRAZZOLI, the fabric conveyance speed is increased by up to 50% compared with typical conveyance rollers, while ensuring softness, smoothness, no pilling or abrasions.
The new turbovario with a variable section permits an unchanging traction as well as the reduction by 30–40% in the nozzle working pressure.

MBTis the innovative multi-functional tank devised by BRAZZOLI Spa (patent pending). This tank integrates the functions of both the preparation tank (PPB) and the second chemicals tank. This results in an advantageous space saving at the dyers’ premises, the possible measuring directly from the preparation tank, and hence solving tank volume issues to dissolute salt and sulphates. Furthermore, the operator works on one tank while the system automatically feeds the product/dye to either the machine or the preparation tank according to the preset program (OPTIONAL).

BRAZZOLI self-cleaning filter is mounted on the main
pump delivery side. Thanks to the cartridge holes
with an extremely reduced diameter, it provides a very
precise filtering that results in both the fabric and the
machine being free from any fibre residual. Of course,
no operator’s interventions are required as residuals
are conveyed directly into the drains (OPTIONAL).

INNOECOLOGY is available in the version XC1 (200/220kg per channel)and XC 2 (250/270kg per channel) for the treatment of traditional fabrics,XC 3 (300/320kg per channel) for terry towel and upholstery fabrics, XC4 (380/400kg per channel) for terry towel having weights higher than
1000/1500 g/m
